Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Little Genius mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian on behalf of a child.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
2. Parental responsibility
- A parent or guardian should set up and manage the child's profile. Creating a profile only asks for a nickname, an age band, and an avatar — no personal information — so this step does not require parental verification.
- Deleting a profile and its data is protected by a parental verification step, so saved progress can't be erased by mistake.
- The parent is responsible for supervising the child's use of the App.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except as permitted by law.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the App.
4. Educational content
The App provides curated educational content (alphabets, numbers, language, Islamic values, moral stories, and learning games). Content is provided for general educational purposes and offline use. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantee that content is error-free.
5. No purchases or ads
The current version of the App contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will use Google Play's official billing system and will be disclosed and gated appropriately for a children's app.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, and trademarks in the App are owned by Little Genius or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time via Settings → Delete Account & Data or by uninstalling the App.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
